Terms of Delivery and Warranty

1. Delivery

Free and safe delivery for orders above AED 30,000 to the client’s assigned destination within UAE.

If the order value is below this amount, transportation charges will apply depending on the distance.


2. Device Configuration

One-time free device configuration at the client’s site upon arrival.

Noorminer.ae will not be responsible for any missing pre-requisites required for setup.


3. Site Visits & Consultation

One free visit before the device’s arrival.

Additional visits for site inspection, space planning, setup consultation, electrical setup, or meetings will be chargeable.

Free advice on preparing the electrical setup and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) if needed.


4. Free Checkups

One free in-house checkup every two months for one year.

On-site checkups are available, but transportation charges apply.


5. Warranty Terms

Factory warranty of 6 to 12 months, depending on the model and manufacturer, covering manufacturer defects and software issues.


Warranty Claim Process:

 If the device is operated independently by the client, Noorminer.ae will assist in preparing a repair ticket for free during the warranty period.

 If the manufacturer charges for repairs despite the warranty, the client must pay directly to the manufacturer. Noorminer.ae is not responsible for any such costs.

 Shipping costs for warranty claims must be paid by the client.

 After the factory warranty period, clients who want continued maintenance must sign an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for a minimum of one year (chargeable).


6. On-Site Training

On-site training will be provided to the client to ensure they fully understand how to operate the device.


7. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is stated in the quotation and agreed upon by the client.


Potential Delays:

 Global logistics issues may impact delivery times. Noorminer.ae will not be responsible for such delays.

 Pre-ordered devices may have extended lead times if the manufacturer postpones the release. In such cases, clients must wait for their batch release.

 In hosting services, device arrival and connection to hosting farms may not be simultaneous. The device may arrive early but can only be connected based on available hosting slots.


8. Payment Terms

a) 100% advance payment is required.

b) Advance payments are non-refundable, and the client must complete any remaining balance and accept the delivery. The order cannot be changed or altered once payment is made. Noorminer.ae will not be responsible if the client delays payment or is unable to collect the order.

c) The client must pay the agreed amount on the same day to secure the offered price. Otherwise, a new price will apply from the next day onward.

d) In case of bank transfer, the client must provide an official deposit slip to Noorminer.ae. The order will be processed only after the amount is reflected in the company’s bank account.


9. No Refund Policy

Once the order is booked, placed, shipped, reached, or successfully delivered, no refunds will be issued.


10. Device Revenue Generation

The revenue generated by the device may vary. In this case, no changes or alterations can be made, and the client cannot refuse delivery of the chosen device.


11. Delivery & Installation

Once the device arrives, delivery will be completed at the earliest possible time. Installation may be completed later if necessary.


12. Worldwide Delivery

Delivery is available worldwide at an agreed price, including shipping charges.


13. No Minimum Order Requirement

There is no minimum quantity required for ordering new devices.


14. Electrical Setup Responsibility

The client is responsible for the electrical setup and its costs. Noorminer.ae will only install the device if required.


15. Electrical Setup Assistance

Noorminer.ae is not responsible for the electrical setup but may assist the client with advisory support if needed.


16. Client’s Responsibility for Electrical Setup

If the client fails to arrange, understand, or complete the electrical setup before the device’s arrival, the order cannot be canceled, and the client must accept the full delivery.


17. Legal Agreement

By agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions (Clauses 1 to 16), neither party shall initiate or bring any legal action against the other.
